Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for size issues, damaged items, or incorrect products received.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Refundable Items
